turn in your score cards at the end of the day ........... it cost four tickets or 2 dollars to play a round of 18 holes at the park .......

BBQ Serving time is 1pm and pavillion 14

BBQ will be served at 1pm and we are scheduled for pavillion 14 which is to the left (west side of park )
this is getting close and right now our count is up to 65 ......... this is great .........

I have Picnic Tickets - NO Charge

All NTDCC members,

I will be attending the picnic however the tickets I bought for my family are available since they cannot attend.

I was not sure the best way to do this but I currently have 3 tickets available. If you can use one or more I would like to donate them to you. No strings attached! I do not want these tickets to go to waste. Don't be embarrassed to ask since I will not tell anyone who the tickets were donated to. The club and picnic is about Hot...

What to bring?

I hear tell that there will be a picnic and the whole family is invited....
OK.. now I expect to meet all ya all in person. I found out that Shady beach has an RV park so I will be bringing the rig along!!!
It will be such a great time to be with my Texas buddies!!

in 2007 we served at 3pm .......... well that is what the scheduled says ........ is this what we want to do again ..... I need to give a desired time to the caterer`s ...... keep in mind park closes at 6 pm .............

We have had 2 succesful Picnic's.

With the schedule of events(races)we have had in the past.

What would you like to see added or thrown out? To make for a more fun picnic for this upcoming 3rd Annual.

Today I met with vicki and frank rush, owners of the park.
the date is good ..... I have a contract to read over ..... the pavillions are based on dinners sold .... I will scan the map ...... to show the areas that will be available to us ... that will be assigned when the deposit it arranged ....
based on 60 to 80 people ....... the deposit is $275 and also to my surprize another $275 has to deposited for the meal down payment and the balance has to paid in full for the meals a wekk...

Staff cars trunk logo

I just redid the trunk logo to reflect that these are staff cars. Let me know if you guys like it. If you do I will print some out and do up a couple of cars. One with clear hood and one with black hood and let everyone vote for what they like the best.

Seems we have some issues with our location and different opinions of what our picnic is all about .
so what is the picnic to you ? What is the focus ? Why do you attend ? the club needs feed back. Thanks for taking to time to answer I will ad there is a issue at joe pool lake when it comes to selling ... John Eubanks will ask about the raflle to members only ......we will post updates ,but still let us hear of what you want in the way of events. we are all in this together,every issue...

In order to do up the picnic right it takes volunteers, being time effort and even a monitary donation to cover expenses ...... were off to a great start with Chris Ables stepping to plate first with doing the staff cars ......way to go Chris ....... We need all ideas ,events prizes, raflle donations, we need donations from new people on raffle stuff and not go back and keep asking from past donators ...... so everyone has a way to chip in this year and make this a wonderful event ...........

What would you do to Improve, Change, or Alter the Picnic. In an order to make it more of a success. C'mon now.

This is your Club. If you don't speak up you have nothing to complain about. So, we want to hear your opinion.
